Practical details about hours, the office, and what to include in your note. Anything else, just ask in the form.
Back to the FormWhat information helps WBDI prepare for the first conversation?
The most useful details are your website address, what you want to improve, and any deadline you are working toward. Web Business Development also finds it helpful to know which services interest you, who your main competitors are, and which platforms you already use, such as WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, or Microsoft 365. A few sentences is enough; WBDI will ask follow-up questions before the review.
When is the WBDI team available, and in what time zone?
The Web Business Development team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific time, which is Las Vegas local time. The best time to call +1 (818) 262-8552 is during those hours. The contact form and contact@invertedsoftware.com accept messages around the clock, and clients in other U.S. time zones can ask WBDI to schedule meetings at a time that works for both sides.
Where is the Web Business Development office?
Web Business Development's office is at 1100 Caraway Ln., Las Vegas, NV 89144, USA. Visits are by appointment, so please call +1 (818) 262-8552 or email contact@invertedsoftware.com before stopping by. WBDI can also work with businesses anywhere in the United States over video calls, so an office visit is never required to start or run a project.
Can we put an NDA in place before sending WBDI confidential files?
Yes. Web Business Development will review and sign a reasonable nondisclosure agreement before confidential plans, data, or files change hands, then agree with you on a secure way to send them. Keep passwords, API keys, customer records, and any other secrets out of the website contact form. When WBDI needs access to a system, it asks for its own user account with only the permissions the work requires.
