Does my company own the work WBDI delivers?
Yes. Web Business Development transfers ownership of the custom designs, code, written content, and documentation it creates for a client as each deliverable is paid in full, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. WBDI keeps the libraries, templates, prompts, and methods it uses across projects, and gives the client a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy, and modify them within the delivered work. Themes, plugins, fonts, and open-source code remain under their owners' licenses.
Can WBDI help a business that is not in Nevada?
Yes. Location is rarely a barrier: Web Business Development can work with companies anywhere in the United States, not only in Southern Nevada. Most collaboration happens through video meetings, a shared project board, and staging links that open in any browser, so remote clients follow the same process as local ones. Businesses near Las Vegas can also meet the team in person, and on-site AI workshops can be arranged there.
